Seabright Safety Solutions was founded specifically to address the exposures and perils unique to the industrial/commercial laundry industry.  Those exposures include on the job injury, collision and spontaneous combustion fire.  Effective July, 2020 Seabright Safety Solutions has expanded its offerings to include Operational and Productivity Solutions provided by Murray K. Smith.

Seabright Safety Solutions focuses on developing best practices in the laundry industry while integrating production, delivery and safety into World Class methodology. 

Our experience in developing World Class methodology has enabled us to facilitate the first two industrial commercial laundries in the U.S. to be recognized by Cal/OSHA under the SHARP voluntary participation program.

While serving as Director, Risk Management & Safety with a Regional Combination Linen Supplier, our principal provided leadership and direction to reduce OSHA Recordable injuries by 70% and Workers Compensation claims by 70% over the course of 4 years.  

Our principal has presented Loss Prevention methodologies at numerous national conferences including ASSE, Behavior Safety Now, OSHA Consultation and RIMS.

Murray Smith has worked in the Textile Rental Service Industry since 1980 and has extensive experience in Production/Operations Management.  Murray has a proven track record in leading organizations to establish best practices in production/operations using methods to develop Perfect Plant modeling to develop high performance environments.
