I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Seabright Safety Solutions and Principal Don Bock. I have had the pleasure to be associated with Don for 35 plus years throughout his tenure with Mission Linen Supply as well as his startup and continuance of Seabright Safety Solutions.

Back in 2009 I inherited a facility that was in the midst of being the worst facility in our company with the highest TRIR, Incident Totals, poor equipment maintenance, and poor behavioral performance in regards to Safety. I reached out to Don and we discussed and identified the areas of change needed and implemented the many steps into play.

His guidance was instrumental in the operation going from worst to first in just 2 short years and becoming the Safety Plant Of The Year within the company and has continued for many years still to this day. In 2015 this operation was awarded the TRSA National Award for Safety Innovation. Don’s support and mentorship to the program played key roles in this.

Fast forwarding to 2020 I once again called on Don’s assistance and guidance in helping my current operation become TRSA Hygienically Clean and he assisted us over time from the start to finish to receive that certification.

His knowledge of textile operations is unsurpassed and combined with his great understanding of current and everchanging laws in regards to all facets of safety he could assist any type of business that is looking to improve their operations through safety.
