- Implementation and facilitation of employee cross functional teams that utilize projects to reduce risk in activities of the organization.
- Review of risk transfer programs to ensure appropriate coverage and retention.
- Prepare facility and personnel to achieve 3rd party accreditation from HLAC (Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council)
- Prepare facility and personnel to achieve 3rd party certification from TRSA Hygienically Clean Program for Healthcare.
- Provide Powered Industrial Truck and electric pallet jack training.
Compensation
We generally charge by the hour for our consulting services. However, some risk management projects can occasionally be quoted at a fixed price or work can be arranged on a retainer basis. We often recommend to new clients that they consider the per-project option during an evaluation phase. New clients can also use our hourly support when they need immediate assistance.
